West Scenic Acres opened in November of 1991 and is located near Nose Creek in the beautiful area of Thorncliffe Heights. It has easy access to school, shopping, and a major bus route stops right outside our door.
West Scenic Acres is a three storey apartment style Co-op, featuring 41 two and three bedroom apartments including 9 adapted apartments for people with disabilities. Monthly housing charges include all utilities and one under ground parking stall. Each unit is equipped with a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. All suites also have a large balcony. There is also a large boardroom that is available for private functions.
